To support their goal and reach new demographics, Organika launched a 2020 branding refresh with the additional goal of revamping the superfoods product labels and several supplement product lines in their extensive product category.
Sensible Solutions is a full-service IT company providing professional and friendly services for local clients in Nelson, BC. A new logo was developed with updated branding to reflect the personality of the growing business.
BC Non-Profit Housing Association (BCNPHA) provides support to over 500 members in the non-profit sector by offering education, professional opportunities, and advocacy via events such as Housing Central and the Regional Education, Networking & Tradeshow (RENT).
The City of Nelson was in need of an user-friendly, illustrated digital document for homeowner-developers or professional builders. The guide provides an overview of laneway housing, describes steps to get started on the planning process, and directs the reader to the appropriate resources and contacts in the city.
TEDxECUAD is an annual one-day, volunteer-run event designed to foster collaboration and provoke action within the local community, co-branded with Emily Carr University. The 2018 team developed the event’s branding around the theme Equilibrium—finding inspiration in “balance, inner peace and the dynamics of opposing forces coming together.”
Showcasing the top 10 podcasts in Canada on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Stitcher as of May 2022, this simple web app was created to understand HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive web design, and the basics of three-tier architecture in web development.

Ephemera is a collaboration between illustrator Eve Liu and designers Ying Tang and Tracy Ly. This personal project explores the fleeting aspects of the everyday. The first exploratory issue features pets, humanity’s endearing companions.
Outside the Box is a fantastical storytelling game for children created in collaboration with Ying Tang during our final year at Emily Carr. Players can run wild, subverting traditions and stereotypes to create their own original fairytales for the people of the World of Colour. Together with their parents, players can take advantage of the activity book for a more reflective experience.

This is Tracy, a graphic designer born and raised in beautiful Vancouver, BC with a Bachelor of Design from Emily Carr University. I design with the mindset that deliverables are clear and straightforward for the client and end-users. But straightforward doesn’t always have to be dry and humourless, and I strive to add a little colour where it makes sense to bring some delight to those who discover it.
Because of my desire to grow and learn something new, I am currently completing the Computer Systems Technology at British Columbia Institute of Technology.
